you mean log in www.icloud.com using his info? Go to settings>accounts & passwords>iCloud check if safari is on or off. I BELIEVE that if it is on then they would be able to see it, not sure if its only the bookmarks. But I do know that if it is off, then nobody would have access to anything, hope this helps

It is just like gmail and using chrome. If the setting is ON and you are using SAFARI to surf, then the answer is yes.

I am logged into the icloud account and was hoping I could see the internet browsing history of an iphone that is linked to the same account, but I cannot figure out if this is possible. I must have done a thousand google searches to try to figure this out but to no avail. Do you know if there is a way?

I've you've got their apple Id and password, you can buy software from "webwatcher" and you can get anything you want off their phone as long as they back up to Icloud.
