Sounds like someone from Iowa "we were favored by 3 extra points!" At least you didn't get shutout when the skers rolled "you" in Ames 35-7! :nohead:

Remember, I lived in Lincoln for a while too... and I gave UNL a chance this year--but the Huskers still seem to find ways to mess things up >:\ At least I open my eyes to them now, before I wouldn't give them the time of day.

ISU has grown defensively and we're building a team... since Seneca we haven't really had anything... nor have we amounted to anything in football, EVER.

All meant in good fun, hope no offense was taken. I actually like Iowa State a ton this week. Also was hoping the Hawks and Huskers might have met in a bowl this year but looks like the Huskers are headed to El Paso for Tacos to play the 3rd team from the Pac 10 (Oregon or Oregon St), which would be a good game.

I'm still having trouble trying to figure out why this KSU-ISU line is 10 points...And before you say ISU has a horrible defense, just remember they give up 32 yards less per game than the KSU defense..And 28 yards is all that seperate the offenses..And Iowa State is the running dogs in this game..So what am I missing here?

I don't know. That's what puzzles me..Why would Vegas set a line this high unless their seeing something I'm not...The only angle that I can think of that might go KSU's way is QB Freeman..He went down and didn't play in the second half of the Nebraska game..He's a much bigger run threat than backup QB Coffman. And he's listed as probabe this week. So he should play. But how much differnce it will make is the question. KSU's bowl hopes were shot last week with their loss..So I don't know if their going to just phone this last game in, or their going to play hard to send Prince out on a winning note.

The best part of NU's offense is not Lucky and the running game (hell Lucky is not even the best RB on the team). Joe Ganz and his 70% passing is the best part of this team. You hear nothing of him because of all of the other great QBs in the Big 12.

I dont see how you think OSU would roll NU. I think it would be a good game with NU comming out on top. What about beating Pac 10 teams is so impressive for OSU? Shit they got rolled by a Big 10 team for god's sake. Of all the bowl possibilities that they have talked about for NU, I think they have a good shot at which ever bowl they go to. Do not forget that NU took Texas Tech to OT on their home turf and one could argue out played them in that game.
