With this post I invite everyone of you to our yearly "Bingo Invitational tournament 2004" held in Aachen, Germany between the 24 Jan 2004 and 31 Jan 2004. First I ask everyone of you to read the Agenda before signing up.

24 Jan 2004: 0800 - 1000 hrs Player are asked to report to the main Bingo Center at the Aachen Arena
1000 - 1200 hrs Player are moving into their tents which are build up around the Aachen Arena
1200 - 1220 hrs Players lunch inside their tents
1220 - 1300 hrs Spare time
1300 - 1310 hrs Players are asked to wait in front of their tents and then march together in groups to the Aachen Arena
1310 - 1340 hrs Players are seated under instruction of the Bingo Staff
1340 - 1350 hrs 10 Minutes of Silence in Memory of the Bingo Players
1350 . 1400 hrs Reading of the Tourney rules
1400 - 1415 hrs Opening remarks by the chairman of the Aachen Bingo Club
1415 - 1435 hrs Opening remarks by the Chairman of the German Bingo Association
1435 - 1440 hrs Opening remarks by the German Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Fischer
1440 - 1500 hrs Introduction of the German Red Cross
1500 - 1510 hrs Players to be seated at the rooms
1510 - 1530 hrs First Bingo Game of the Tourney held by Mr. Fischer
1530 - 1800 hrs Start of the Tourney
1800 - 1810 hrs Brake - Possibility to go to the restroom

0230 Transfer to the Cologne Airport
Fee: there is a 300 Dollars starting fee for any player entering the event
there is a 250 Dollars fee for food and drinks
Prizes: Winner gets 700 Euro and a cup
2.gets 200 Euro and a cup
3. gets 150 Euro and a cup
4. - 50. gets 50 Euro and a cup
Food: When reporting to the Bingo stuff on the first day you will be handed out a package of 40 sausages and 12 bottles of water for the duration of the tourney. Remember: No food and drinks else than the provided ones are allowed. Any player not following this will be immediately excluded.
Security: To provide you the highest possible security the are around the Arena is secured by fences and security guards. That also means that no person can leave or enter the area except the Press.
I hope you are all interested and will join us for the event. Please leave you email here in case you are interested. We expekt around 2000 people attending. Last year we had 1508 competitiors.
Remember: If you end up in the top 1000 you are qualified for the German Tour of Bingo 2004 as well as for our "Happy Summer Bingo Tourney" which will be held in March 2004.
