I checked into my database of NBA Playoff games that goes back to 2007 and saw something interesting.
Since 2007, there have only been 13 Game 6s in the NBA Conference Finals.
Only 5 time with the better seed leading 3 games to 2.
In those 5 games the better seed is 4-1 SU and ATS.
(Only exception I found in last 11 years was Indy beating Miami in 2013).
What this tells me is that home court doesn't matter much at this point of the series.
Pressure build immensely on the home team.
