Big issue that doesn't get covered because it isn't a partisan issue but helps industry is the huge amount of LLC buying/money laundering into coastal real estate from wealthy families that want to get their money out of China and other developing countries.

Land is finite, they aren't making anymore of it as Roy Rogers once said. So we should probably stop selling ours to the world in the name of short-term benefit to industry.
