This is the Tomlinson Rating , Which Rates a Horse's ability to Run well on a Wet Track Based on Pedigree.

The Higher the Number, the Better.................

problem is, these horses will probably be bet down by racetime. ur right, they just showed a shot of the sloppy track on espn:103631605

Yes, I know there is a Difference between a Sloppy Track and a Muddy Track.
The Ratings above are for Horses that would Like an Off Track. Mostly for a Muddy track, but I will use it as a side tool for this race.

So the horse with the best mud rating is getting 100-1? Is it worth it to place a wager on him?
