OMG

SHOCKING (heh) News this morning and then again this afternoon as Individual #1 is declared by both a federal judge and by the SDNY to be The President of The United States

Between his directing Mike Cohen to commit federal felonies and his coordination w AMI Publishing to commit another federal felony, Tiny is now facing at least three federal felony charges.

Seems unlikely he will be charged until Jan 21, 2021 but if he resigns earlier we could see it happen sooner.

I would like to retract everything I said higher in this thread because this morning, Tiny fired off several tweets assuring us he did nothing wrong and any crimes were committed by other people and he knew nothing about any of it.

In combination with the legal expertise of RudyG and AlanD I no longer believe Tiny could possibly have done anything warranting FBI scrutiny
