At 11-5 Indy won the divison by 4 games last year over the Titans who were their closest competitor, at 7-9.
Jacksonville was 4-12 and no way they make that big of a leap to compete for the division.
The Texans finished 2-14 and while many might have thought they could turn it around again, I think the fact that Ryan Fitzpatrick will be their QB most of the year dampens the odds of that happening...

At times... But Dogs do win divisions, especially in baseball.
This year so far being a prime example, if you go back & look at opening division odds.
As for this particular wager, I do believe it's almost a sure thing.
As a matter of fact, at -140, more of a sure thing at a better price than Green Bay at -150 winning the NFC North...
If Luck went down in week 2, division might be a coin flip. If Luck plays 11 games, colts win division. Colts win 11-5 last season with half of their offensive out and by out I mean major producers like Reggie Wayne and Dwayne Allen (possibly a future top 5 tight end). Jax isn't even in conversation. IMO Bill O Brien knows he wont get fired after 1 year so is trying to tank season for picks even though I think they will have a strong D but a great D and little offense gets you 6-10 if you are lucky.
