YTD RECORD = 25-27 ATS (-5.20 units) at 48.08%
Well, I've been way too cavalier in handicapping my CFB plays. I'm down -5.20 units, and that's
unacceptable! Time to kick it in gear with 3 plays this Thursday 29th session!
Let's do this! puff_>>
PAYBACK'S A BITCH!
Houston remembers full well what happened on November 15, 2015
in Connecticut. Houston was denied a PERFECT SEASON last year when UCONN
posted a 20-17 home victory when the Cougars were NUMBER 13 in the country.
QB GREG WARD JR. missed all but the final 4 plays of the game with a badly sprained ankle after being forced
into the game when backup KYLE POSTMA was injured. RB KENNETH FAR-ROW was lost with a foot injury.
Houston's top defensive player - LB ELANDON ROBERTS - was ejected for target in the first quarter.
To add insult to injury, the Cougars committed 4 turnovers - the last an interception by Ward with 55 seconds
left - and were held to a season-low 318 yeards.
This game will be close at first, and then Houston will kick it in high gear for the "feel good" bludgeoning.
Score forecast? Houston 54 UCONN 17
SANDWICH & LOOKAHEAD GAME!
This next game is a "don't make sense" play on my part. Kansas is atrocious. They absolutely suck. They'll get scored on
plenty by Texas Tech's high octane 12th rated overall offense. The problem is, the Red Raiders have a pretty crappy
defense, ranked 86th in the country.
Texas Tech has a much more important BIG 12 game against Kansas State on the following Saturday and that distraction
will have the Red Raiders resting starters up big late in the game.
I see a TRASH TD at the end to get the backdoor cover.
Score forecast? Texas Tech 48 Kansas 24
GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!
