Since 2001, the Bears are 9-1 facing rookie QBs, so you can be rest assured Philly QB Carson Wentz won't have it easy.
Especially since the Defensive Coordinator drawing up plays against him is as experienced as they come in VIC FANGIO.
Expect a good amount of exotic blitzes and perhaps some CB blitzes with BRICE CALLAHAN or JACOBY GLENN.
For Cutler and company, ALSHON JEFFREY is in line for a very good game! After hauling in 4 receptions for
105 yards in the opener against the Houston Texans, he faces a Philadelphia defense that is expected to be without top
CB LEODIS MCKELVIN. Slot CB RON BROOKS and 7th round rookie JALEN MILLS could be matched up with
Jeffrey. That's great news for the Bears. Also, look for young WR KEVIN WHITE to be involved substantially here.
This kid is VERY fast and physical. Look for Cutler to look for him on deep balls as well as some WR screens where
he can utilize his speed and get the all important YAC!
Another key injury affecting the Eagles is that of TE ZACH ERTZ. He was QB Wentz's security blanket in game 1
against the Cleveland Browns, and his loss for this game will be substantial IMO.
