Punish him-

Tell him that he is no longer allowed to wear his white hood and robe to practice and for one week he is not allowed to burn crosses in the parking lot.

Black I didnt even wait that long.

Since our kid air mailed it it was the other teams throw.

Not my substituion. I asked ref to let me make a special exception sub and pull him. We had a nice little chat hopefully without embaressing him.

Technically you can sub on their throw in if they make a substitution first.

Seriously though, get him off the field and let him know racist comments are not tolerated, then get him back on the field.
