1996 and all of them. I was 17 with lots of money and sucked at gambling. I think in the first 6-7 days of starting I had busted 20+ accounts. I kept signing up for new ones each time I busted because they needed me to fax info or had a cap on deposits. I recall making the second deposit being the most difficult so I just went to these review sites and kept signing up. Some affiliate must of loved me.
I can remember WWTS, Cris, VIP, Bodog as ones I think that I used initially and stuck with. A bunch of others come to mind (badlands, Oasis, Infinity) as books I got paid out from at some point years ago but I've long since forgotten about most of the ones I used.
By 1999 I was taking it serious and winning and was using: Cris, VIP, WWTS, Pinnacle and Bodog. In 2004-2005 I added some more books like WSEX, SIA, Mansion, Skybook etc to ones I used regularly.<o></o>
