How would anyone know what he is gonna do with healthcare?
He said he was gonna repeal and replace it for 15 months straight on a daily basis. Then after a meeting with Obama he said he is going to keep the pre-existing conditions part. If you keep that then it is hard to get rid of the mandate.
Might've just been paying Obama lip service so the transition goes smoothly.
I'd prefer the gov't be almost completely out of healthcare but that is wildly unpopular to voters of both parties and will never happen.
Maybe the Ryan proposal is what will get adopted.

let medical professionals establish health care standards, not idiot politicians like Obama, Reid and Pelosi, and help determine when people should be allowed to die peacefully and we stop spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to keep terminally ill people alive and suffering for another two weeks
allow medical professionals, not idiot career politicians that can't balance their own checkbook, establish standards for providing care in certain situations and implement tort reform so medical professionals stop practicing defensive medicine, once again reducing the financial drain of our healthcare system

that would be nice, but labor unions have much better benefits than what they impose on us, and the rest of their base gets it all for free OR significantly reduced
