About an hour ago, I received an email notice from one of my credit card companies about 2 charges made by this company to my account. (I DID NOT MAKE EITHER ).
I sent WSEX an email, but they have not responded to me as of yet. I aslo have notified the credit card company via email that I did not make these charges.

Has anyone else had ANY problem?? I am seriously worried!

It seems odd that your credit card company would email you. They typically phone....and email is not their usual response.

General,
Do you think that I should call WSEX. They KNOW--I did not make any charge to them. I have a decent balance allready at WSEX. (I don't know what to do about this.)

peteep--

I have set up what is known as "Account Alert". Which means that I am sent an email each time a charge is made on this card.

It can't hurt to call their accounting department. If they are a good book they will at least try to help you with your problem.

Good luck.

I'm having the same issues with Everydaycard.com. They charged my account for $900 total $50 per charge. They have no phone number and are based in Canada. I emailed them and they got back to me saying they had a problem with their bank (SEND THEM AN EMAIL ASAP). You also need to cancel your card as I did. My friend had 1,300 in charges from them that they never returned. WSEX needs to step to the plate here. I've found out that WSEX releases some credit card info to this company. What;s the deal here guys??? CANCEL YOUR CARD ASAP------------

Dear customer,

the problem has been solved.
It was not a case of fraud, but a
technical fault. It is solved right now.
The amount of 200.00 USD ( 4 x 50.00) will be transfered back
to your CC immediately.
We are really sorry for this, and hope
for your understanding.
Thank you.

Ok Danda,

I just finished calling WSEX. I spoke to Darren in accounting. He was very pleasant and spoke good English. He took down all my information and gave told me that I must also send an email to: "Support@EverydayCard.com". I have done this now and can only wait.
Why me!!!!!!!! Whew! If I did not have 100% confidence in WSEX, I would be in a real state. But they are IMO--The Finest Book out there!

Hope it all works out OMT. Sorry I missed your original question. It's late, but yes I would have done just what you did.

DandaManx,

How long after you sent an email to EverydayCard, did it take for them to answer?

4 days- they suck- I'll put them out of business. I work for a Manhattan Law firm and trust me- everydaycard.com (which is just set up to launder money for offshore companies) will be neverdaycard.com in about 30 days. You'll also start to see charges from other companies like them (they must share CC info) CANCEL THE CARD DUDE

"Cancel the card"? Are you saying cancel my MasterCard account? (I used 3 different credit cards to fund my account and so far, (fingers crossed hopefully) they haven't tried to do this with my other two cards --2 other visas). I have checked the balances with those. Hey I'm hoping this is an honest mistake.

Danda--if you want to email me privately.

I doubt its a competitor...
Sounds like about 14 years old. You shouldn't be using Daddy's credit cards to gamble anyway...
