There is only one way to say that Biden is innocent, and that is for Obama to announce, “I told Joe he could take the documents.”

Actually, from my point of view, it wouldn't be a bad thing if Biden is indicted, and/or is removed or steps down from POTUS as Nixon did.
I say that because as I have stated right along I think he is too old to be POTUS, he has lost a lot of cognitive skills
and has done a so-so job as POTUS.
This would open the way for new and younger democratic candidates would emerge even if Kamala Harris becomes the reining
POTUS and announces her candidacy for 2024.
As I see it, it would give even more impetus to the Republican Party to get rid of Trump(even though for obvious
reasons I don't think he has a prayed of being the nominee in any event) and for someone to emerge who would have a decent
chance of defeating whoever the Democratic candidate might be!!
