For Trump, he was protected under the Presidential Records Act because he was the President.
For Biden, the Vice President comes under the Federal Records Act, which according to DJT, is brutal and is a criminal act.
Trump also implied that China likely paid for these documents and says that there are probably many more docs at Biden’s different facilities ?
