No surprise here as more and more people realize that Trump is dead meat as far as being the nominee in 2024 and are thus no longer
scared of the "big bad Trump".
From the interviews I have seen and heard from this guy as well as having read his book, this guy is just the kind of level-headed
person the GOP needs to get back to their traditional values.
I would not problem voting for this guy and/or if I didn't but he was elected, I would feel very comfortable!!
Having been Trump's Security Advisor will only help Bolton if he decides to run.
I also believe that the 2024 Republican quest for the Presidency is going to be wide open as it was in 2016 with 6 to as many as
12 in contention.
In addition, some of the other potential contenders who are relatively unknown now will also espouse traditional Republican values,
when they announce their candidacy, which in turn is going to cut into DeSantis's overall popularity when folks realize
that in lots of ways he is in a lot of ways a clone of Trump and thus look for a better and more traditional Republican to get things done!!
Obviously, lots of present unknowns can and will happen between now and 2023/2024 to influence public opinion.
Right now though if this was a horse race, re: I would categorize/designate both Trump and DeSantis as showing early speed but
lots of potential good closers out there!!
