ok-before I take the rest of the evening off until at least 11:00, I am going to answer this because it appears that we are not thinking

along the same lines and/or I wasn't clear.

The overall point I was trying to make the point is that in the robbery, that imo the guy who sat in the car was an accomplice as

you say and by definition complicit even though he is not the one who actually robbed the bank, meaning to some extent he

is also guilty.

I can't say how much because that would have to be determined in court.

Now with Trump and the FBI the circumstances are far different regarding the FBI agent not reporting the incident if what you say

is true, and if so, yes he should have reported it.

However, even if he did and it did prevent the insurrection, that in no way exonerates Trump nor to make the assumption

that he was not also complicit with the Proud Boys to get this done.

If it is proven that he did as the January 6th Commitee documented(and I believe that they provided evidence that he

was complicit), then as is the case with the accomplice to the convenience store robbery, he must shoulder some of the

blame and in fact more percentage-wise than the accomplice to store robbery because he was acting in the role

as the acting POTUS.

Thus as I see it and assuming everything is correct, here, imo the both the Proud Boys and their leader should be charged

and tried separately for what they did.

On the other hand, imo after all of the facts are in, in addition to the ones which have already been documented, a judge and jury

need to try Trump on its own merits.

I apologize if that is not clear and/or if I don't fully understand your points and what you are trying to convey, but

that is the best I can do for now pending more of an explanation on your part that I misconstrued.
