In an 11-page letter to the panel Friday, an attorney for McCarthy argued that the select committee does not have the authority to issue subpoenas to the lawmakers under House rules and demanded answers to a series of questions and documents if his client were to comply.

Seriously it is hard to imagine that alleged grown adults can still be predicting/claiming that the result of the 2020 Election

is going to be overturned at this late date which will result in Trump's being reinstated/devolutioned when every single

attempt hasn't even got close to just getting out of the batter's box.

I would equate the chances of this happening about the same as a current major league baseball pitcher to petitioning

the League Office to overturn a pitch he threw OVER A YEAR AGO which resulted in a walk-off home run and win

for the team he was facing because he has "proof" that the hitter corked the bat or that someone on the other team used

some kind of illegal device to alert the hitter what pitch he was going to throw when he gave up the gopher.

Perhaps there is or will be a documentary being made to prove it whose title will not include the word MULES

but rather another animal, namely gopher as inappropriately GOPHER BALL, which in turn will result in

"million" or more baseball fans across the country lining up to see it and then to storm the League Office and demand that the home run

be taken away, the pitcher be awarded an automatic out, the hitter banned for life and the hitter's team to be

automatically declared the winner of the 2021 World Series!!! lol
