There are two reasons why it's positive this week:
1. Very light trading volume as many traders hit the road early for the holiday weekend, and
2. Portfolio managers were forced to invest some cash into the market to get below their stated prospectus thresholds for month-end reporting.
The technical indicators remain very ugly with 9 of 10 indicators pointing to much lower levels.
Regarding Bitcoin, there is a clear battle happening for 28,000.
One side needs it to maintain that level to protect their investment while the other side needs it to move through 21,000 to accomplish their mission.
Let's see what happens next week.
