Empirical evidence suggests otherwise.
Until 2000 Mules, your precious NYTs believed in geotracking technology.
Now that this technology has proven beyond a shadow of doubt that Trump won, well...they've reverted back to their familiar brand of partisan hack journalism.
Surely most NYTs writers boast the same worthless type of degree you have.
Lump that!
Out of all the posts which have been posted tonight, this is the only one which is worth my while to respond to.
I warn anyone in advance that if you do not care to read a philosophical response and tax your brain so to speak, don't bother
to go any further.
The issue here is what is fact and what is opinion.
First of all, I am going to assume that we can all agree that on this planet in this time and space it is an undeniable FACT
that 1+1 does indeed equal 2.
In other matters in life many times there are instances where is it not so clear as to what constitutes FACTS and what
constitutes OPINION and/or what constitutes and OPINION of what an actual FACT is.
The best example I can think of regarding this is in court cases where two sides present the FACTS which they believe to be
true, which obviously are different or else that matter wouldn't be in court in the first place.
These matters are settled by a judge and jury and a verdict is rendered based on what are perceived to be the REAL AND MOST RELEVANT
FACTS and what are deemed to be hearsay and or unsubstantiated "facts" as presented by one side or the other as well as which
attorney does the best case in making the case for his client.
Now let's fast forward to the 2020 Election and the differing FACTS and OPINIONS regarding whether it was stolen or not.
As we all know there have been all kinds of legal challenges to it including to the SCOTUS, as well as the Maricopa Audit,
Lindell's Symposium, recounts, etc.
The FACT is that nothing has resulted in the results of the 2020 Election being overturned despite the zillion failed
predictions of folks like fpp/sbd to the contrary.
And now we have the latest attempt to try to convince people that the Election was stolen and that the results will be
overturned because of it in the film 2000 Mules.
The only problem is pretty much what I cited earlier as to what constitutes FACTS and what constitutes unproven allegations, hearsay,
OPINION, gossip, etc.
In this thread alone, we have a situation where Sheriff Joe has posted what he deems to be the real FACTS here based on the
movie, which if 100% true would make a convincing and compelling case that the Election was stolen.
However, I have presented and posted links to articles from respected persons who believe what they perceive to be FACTS
which and contradict and/or call into question/create doubts as to what is presented in the movie as FACT.
My overall conclusion to all of this is practically speaking is that unless someone can convince the state legislators,
the courts and most importantly the SCOTUS to overturn the results of the 2020 Election and proclaim Trump the
winner and reinstate him, then I will have to assume that the preponderance of evidence and actual FACTS support
the results of the 2020 Election and that Biden was and is the legitimate winner.
That's it in a not-so-small "nutshell!!" lol
