I don't know what term I should use to describe my overall feelings as it regards several folks in this thread, whether it be laughable,
sad, etc.
I say this because some of the stuff presented in this thread reminds of the same kind of crap I have read and heard about for my entire

For example, even though I was just a kid way back in the fifties, I still well remember Joe McCarthy and his laughable insistence/
paranoia that Commies were everywhere, and they were going to take over our country.
Then in the 60's it was such utter bullshit on both sides that rampant socialism was about to take over our country, and on the Left
that if Barry Goldwater was elected POTUS, he would have no qualms about using nuclear weapons, which would set off
World War 3 and destroy the world.
Along the way there were the Jehovah's Witnesses and others to this day beseeching us to repent now because the end of the world
was/is near. lol
Then of course there was there JFK assassination and a zillion theories as to else was involved with it besides Oswald assuming
that he was actually the one who did it as well as a zillion other theories as to why he was assassinated.
To this day the conspiracy theories and questions abound, remain unproven and unanswered.
Fast forward to today and we get essentially the same paraoia, delusions but with a new set of accusations, conspiracy theories
and people to point fingers at.
Now it is Biden and Harris, etc. who are the communists who want to take over this country-yeah right!!
Another example espoused by some folks including Trump ,his constituents and members of this thread is that the 2020
Election was stolen even though EVERY SINGLE LEGAL CHALLENGE INCLUDING TO THE SCOTUS HAS FAILED as well
as every single bit of empirical evidence including the Maricopa Audit, LIEdelill's Symposium and every recount to prove otherwise.
And it goes without saying that we hear the same UNPROVEN bs and conspiracies as to how Covid started, who is
responsible, the until proven otherwise crap that most of the billions of people who have been vaccinated are soon going to die.
As a person at age 77 who has lived through these eras and all of this stuff and for that matter a lot more, all I can say is guess what-
I am still here and enjoying life and imo other than those folks who died from Covid and their families, everything seems to be still
churning with most other people also,
The sound and moon rise and fall each day, the stock market will continue to go up and down but in the longer
term will continue to make people money, we will all have good days and periods of our life as well as bad ones.
Along the way, there are, always have been and always will be unexpected twists and turns, some for the good and
some for the worse.
People will continue to deal with the negative ones an life will go on!
What is the moral of the story?
That is for you to decide!!!
For me, on the one hand, it simply means to take and deal with the transitory experiences that all of us and we as a country
experience for sure, but on the other hand and overall, to go on with my life and enjoy it!!
I assure you that most of the stuff happening in the country and world today which seems so vital and important today will
become relatively unimportant obscure someday when you/we all look back on it and put it into proper perspective.
