Even though imo Trump doesn't have a prayer of ever being POTUS again for too many reasons to count, there is one thing that

I find very relevant and left out in various polling data which show varying results for the 2024 Election.

For me any polling data from any polling firm is totally worthless until we find out how Truump makes out with the various

serious ongoing investigations.

For example, let's say Trump is indicted in Georgia with all kinds of damning documentation of his crimes.

Something that tells me that while it isn't going to change the mind of his diehard loyalist supporters, it is going to have

serious negative consequences on how others and especially independents regard him.

The same thing applies to the other ongoing investigations!!

If he miraculously is found innocent of all charges in all the investigation, it is obviously going to help his cause.

In essence and to summarize, imo polling data is worthless as to how Trump fares against DeSantis and Biden because it makes

the assumption that the polling data exists in a vacuum and with zero consideration of the extreme importance of all the current

legal matters and challenges Trump is facing and more importantly about to face in the upcoming days ahead!!
