Although imo just about everyone out there knows this and agrees with me, I am going to say it anyways regarding the current
status of this thread:
For a long time, this thread and those who are interested in reading and participating in it have come down to sbd, sheriff joe and Lenbo
on the one side and me and wilbur as the main contributors on the other with occasional comments by schmirt and habsurger.
Along, the same lines when one says there have been 45K responses to this thread, while I don't have the actual count, I GUARANTEE
that if someone did a tally that upwards of 90-95% of those replies were/are from the aforementioned people above and possibly
even higher.
if there was really a lot of interest in this thread, other people would participate and either agree or disagree with what all
of the participants say and/or simply add their own commentary.
To be blunt, this is a war for a lack of better term between the folks cited above, and if sbd, sheriff joe or Lenny believe
that what they say and what we say on the other side is resonating other than between us, then they are living in a Walter
Mitty World of delusion and grandeur!!
This surely doesn't mean we are going to stop or should stop because we beleive that what we say is true and love to put
down the opposing side and most importantly because for whatever reason(s)we derive pleasure in doing it-it is that simple!!
