ongoing investigations facing him.

Thus unlike sports handicapping where some of the criteria and their importance/relevance are subjective,

with Trump, the documentation of his offensives is undeniable, and in this case alone, I haven't seen anyone

rebut anything that has been documented in the January 6th findings nor in the other investigations.

Thus as I see it whoever represents Trump in legal proceedings is going to find a way to counter/rebut the charges

or in some way prove that the findings are false if he has to have even a remote chance extricating himself from the varying

investigations which mow face him in the upcoming days, weeks and months ahead!!
