I am going to try to keep this as brief as possible because it is late but no guarantees.
My week of self-ban and observation of the posts here and in the Political Section didn't result in any way of my
opinions of the three major Trump posters in this thread.
The news of the week itself just further convinced me even more that Trump is a dead duck at least in any political
sense, and imo there is a very good chance that he will be both indicted and punished in some manner, shape or form
once everything is said and done.
Regarding the three aforementioned posters as a whole(I will something specific to say tomorrow about each one individually).
Based not just on what I read over the last week but in general, they all share some or all of these traits in varying degrees:
1) A shocking disconnect from reality in that even if they don't agree with the findings of the January 6th Committee and what
was found in his home as well as other charges, that he isn't in deep doo-doo both legally speaking and in the eyes of the American Public.
2) Along the same lines, even after twenty-three months two of the few folks cited above still believe/claim
and/or pretend to believe that Trump is going to be reinstated/devolutioned.
3) I I also believe that the daily continued daily bashing of Biden with the same stuff every day serves at least two purposes:
a) to try to bury the massive problems facing Trump in their mind because it is painful on some level of consciou;sness,
and instead try to pretend that Trump is in no trouble at all and will come out of this smelling like a rose
whereas bashing Biden in itself will completely negate anything which could happen to Trump.
b) there is also the taunting and anger factot involved, again meaning that part of wat these folks say is to try to somehow
get back at the folks in here who are clearly in the driver's seat at this juncture.
