Maybe I missed something, but it appears the Mr. Eastman is admitting that he willingly participated in a criminal attempt to overturn a Presidential election. This admission can not be overlooked or excused as attorney client privilege when you are an active participant in the crime. When a client seeks advise or help after committing a crime is one thing, but when you are an active participant in the crime you are are a coconspirator.
