JAG Arrests Justice Department Deep Staters On Christmas Eve

White Hats over the holidays delivered Christmas gloom to three Justice Department lawyers who had helped the late special council Jack Smith politically persecute and prosecute President Donald J. Trump on spurious charges, a JAG source told Real Raw News.
As reported previously, JAG executed Smith in early November following a military tribunal at which a panel of hardened jurors found him guilty of treason and other high crimes. Our source said JAG had thoroughly investigated Smith’s staff and identified eight persons—clerical staff, paralegals, and lawyers—who, like Smith, had an irrational hatred of President Trump and had dedicated their professional lives to his downfall despite having absolutely no inculpative evidence against him.
According to a criminal affidavit reviewed by RRN, JAG had wiretapped Smith’s staffers’ homes and offices in July 2023, a month after a grand jury of Deep State sympathizers indicted Trump on baseless charges related to the handling of classified documents. Within days of the indictment, Smith began filling his office with employees whose visceral acrimony toward Trump ought to have precluded them, and Smith, from prosecutorial duties.
On August 3, 2023, JAG agents surreptitiously planted audio and visual recording devices in the home and office of David Harbach, a member of Smith’s legal team and former partner at O’Melveny & Myers law firm. When JAG retrieved the devices a week later, they found sufficient and substantive evidence to indict Harbach and two co-workers, Julie Edelstein and David Rody, on charges of treason, conspiracy to defraud the United States, election interference, and seditious conspiracy.
Video footage, timestamped August 11, 2023, from a miniature camera JAG had concealed in Harbach’s office bookshelf shows the trio huddled around a mahogany desk and discussing their joint hatred of Trump, his family, his friends, and his businesses. At one point in the clip, Harbach is heard saying, “We’ll fuck this guy [Trump] in every orifice. It doesn’t matter if he, as president, had the power to declassify documents at will. What matters is that we’ll say he didn’t, and the media will corroborate that. Trump’s federally fucked.”
Edelstein chimed in: “His family’s a threat. We must put them in prison too or at least be sure they can never run for public office.”
Rody added, “Jack knows what he’s doing. He gives the directions; we follow them. When this is said and done—I’m looking forward to my nest egg.”
Our source said that a fragment of the conversation was incontrovertible proof that Smith and his staffers conspired to illegally prevent Trump from running for office in 2024.
Additional evidence of a criminal conspiracy was found on an audio recording device JAG had hidden in a seat cushion in Edelstein’s car. On September 3, 2023, Edelstein and fellow staffer John Pellettieri were carpooling to work when the latter blurted, “Did he [Trump] really do anything wrong? The documents—he was president, had the power to declassify, and didn’t tell anyone to riot on the Capitol. Are we doing this for justice or for Biden?”
“I’d keep my mouth shut unless your goal is to end up in prison like Trump will be, or worse, disappear somewhere in a lake,” the fiendish Edelstein replied.
Our source said JAG has a dozen more incriminating recordings.
“Since Smith’s been dealt with, Admiral French gave the order on December 23 to arrest the trio on Christmas Eve. We knew where they were, all in the greater D.C. area, probably waiting for Santa to slide down the chimney and not JAG agents busting through their front doors,” our source said.
He added that the raids occurred simultaneously. The indefatigable JAG teams, who had sacrificed spending Christmas Eve with their families to pursue the nefarious Deep Staters, surveilled the residences before storming inside. Instead of Christmas gifts, they carried copies of “no-knock” warrants, rifles, and handguns.
At Edelstein’s house, she, her husband, and their two young children were relaxing in the living room watching television as JAG agents charged inside and read her the riot act, reciting the charges against her and quipping, “Merry Christmas.”
“We’re Jewish, idiot,” Edelstein said. “And you are in a world of shit for doing this.”
As she spoke, her husband Travis Gibbs slipped his hand beneath a sofa cushion; JAG agents believed he was reaching for a concealed weapon and shot him where he sat, three 9mm rounds hitting his cheek, neck, and chest.
The children screamed. So did Edelstein. The agents reportedly injected her and her kids with a sedative and extracted them from the house, while leaving Gibbs to bleed out for his act of insouciance.
The other two arrests—Harbach’s and Rody’s—took place without bloodshed. However, three more “non-combatants” were taken into custody with the Deep State criminals, our source said.
“We don’t like it when this war bleeds over to peoples’ families—it sucks. But, look, they made the beds they sleep in. They’re the ones who put their loved ones in danger. We do everything in our power to isolate Deep Staters, but sometimes it just isn’t possible. Our guys found a .380 pistol under that cushion, so it was justifiable. No harm will come to their children,” our source said.
Our source asked whether those captured would face military tribunals, saying, “I can’t say for sure. But I’d guess not. They’ll just get a rope around the neck. Just the tip of the iceberg. We got a dozen or more to get.”
