You sound recreational so do the pl and sh- no biggie but if you do the stats on your plays you will find that the money your playing on pl and sh instead went on win end youd be better off

Thanks for your help. I appreciate it. When you say i sound recreational, you are right. I bet higher than most pros, but my winning percentage has been horrible. I play "steam" horses, and still have been getting crushed. I have spoken to several sharps at various tracks, and they pretty much come to the same conclusion, that in the long run you will do better with win only. the only exception being when a horse is 15-1, you can make a big score when he runs second.
