The first thing we would like to do is apologize for the enormous inconvenience you have endured during the incredibly frequent downtime we have experienced over the past 3 weeks.
We know that you have other choices, and we can't thank you enough for your loyalty in understading our plight. We upgraded our system over a month ago, and there appears to be a bug that the techs have been unable to solve at this point.
We have considered going to a new forum software, but that could be even worse at this juncture. What we want you to know is that you have our word that we are doing everything possible to fix this horrible problem. We are trying to come up with a solution that will ensure that we are never down again.
We can't apologize more emphatically, and cannot thank you enough for bearing with us. Thanks for your patience, and we will keep you updated.
