It does make a difference. Ask the Angels and Cubs , who just don't seem to have the know how to get the W's in the post season. Again i'm just taking a chance here and going with my gut.

Yeah but we don't know how the Rays will respond in today's postseason game. We knew from previous series how the Cubs and Angels were apt to perform.
Anyway on your point, I don't believe this thinking has or will have any bearing on today's outcome. If that's the case, I would just as soon go with the home team (TB) to even up the first four games, with a pair of home victories and a pair of visiting wins.

Really liked the OVER in this game but BODOG has the Under at -130 and theres 60 percent on the OVER and the ump is tagged with being an OVER ump they just want me to take that OVER and well...... The under is the best play here imo. There is some small value on the Sox with the Rays playing their first playoff game, but the Rays might have the best team in the AL. Inexperience might be the only thing I can think of that would cause the Rays to lose this series to the Sox.
