And the cigarette package background became white instead of green. (All the available green dye was taken by the Army for
uniforms.)

Tough to top the geeze.

I remember the Dewey/Truman election. They would drive bright yellow sedans with huge speakers on the roofs thru the neighborhood botherin everyone.

Now like then the guy who annoys the most people wins.

I remember when Compuserve was the largest internet provider. a 28.8kb/s modem was top of the line unlike those 14.4 losers!

I remember when Uncle Jessie was cool beans.

I even remember when Disney was a pay channel and other than that cartoons were only on saturdays and sometimes weekday afternoons.
