Is it just me that isnt sippin the Brewer Kool-Aid? I think this team will finish right around .500. Which sadly could win the division. I think it comes down to the wire between cubs and brewers for the division. But people please put down the kool-aid and realize they just started hot. They will come back down to earth here soon

The Crew will be there in the end and BLOW the cubs away. I am tired of listening to young brash punk kids who have won a few dollars so far by playing favorites. It is a long year and without injuries the Crew will be there and will crush the CUBS in the end. I have played for 25 years and KNOW this team is for real. I'm not just saying that because I'm a Sox fan, but if I told you at the beginning of the season that Marquis, Lilly, and Hill would be pitching the way they've been pitching, you'd say "WE HAVE TO BE 25-10 AND AT LEAST 5 GAMES AHEAD!", but then I told you that those guys were pitching VERY well yet you were only 17-18 and 7 games back, you'd laugh me off and tell me to go fuck a goat. Well guess what sweetcheeks? Lilly, Hill, and Maquis WILL begin to fade the same way you're predicting the Brewers will as well. But guess what else? The Brewers have been a better team than the Cubs the last 2-3 years! They now finally have all their kids developed and that rotation is strong.
Cubs have a VERY REALISTIC chance of finishing in 5th place this year. I can only envision the Pirates being worse.

Completely agree. In particular, Lilly and and Marquis are pitching WAY above their heads. For god's sake, they are both 2 runs under their career E.R.A. When the weather warms up, and the winds start blowing out at Wrigley, we will see their E.R.A.'s skyrocket faster than Wood and Prior's disabled list service time...
