sugar will always be the most problematic thing one can consume. and that's why alcohol is so bad for you. first, most alcohol is either loaded with natural sugars or has sugars added. and even if it doesn't (let's say it's only distilled from grains or sugar plants), the body will still convert that alcohol into sugar, so you're screwed either way.

the point being, simply avoid sugar in all forms and you'll be fine. there's no such thing as being 'addicted' to alcohol and it's not a 'disease' either. it's crazy how badly people want to throw labels on everything these days.

most of what you're sayin is controversial or subjective...first of all i respect everybodys opinion but our opinions really dont mean shit.. in aa we share our experience,our strength,and our hope...bottom line it's all up to you...whether you have a "disease". yer grandpa and daddy were drunks,mommy put you on the potty sideways dont matter to a hill of beans........thanks for sharing.
