Probably with a state ID card.

They worked it out and made my transfer after a bunch of emails, phone calls and faxes.

They wanted my D/L ( again), at first they wanted my Visa card too, but found that ( somehow). I did all this BS a long time ago, and had a check sent to me, so I'd be good to transfer off of CC deposits.

I had to fax it to them twice, the old too dark excuse. Transfer is completed, now, not too much BS.

I happened to have a couple photocopies of my license laying around ( from sending this BS to other books). I thought for sure they were going to say that the license was expired, and then make me go out and copy my new one, but they failed to notice that.

I might have sent them a utility bill before, instead of a license ?
