I want to personally apologise for this incident in behalf of The Rx.com and DSI CSD and also let you know that I sent a link to this thread to the Director of Customer Service for DSI and asked him to look into the matter. I hope this incident can be settled amicably.

Remember you can always email me if you ever have a problem with The Rx.com or any of it's sponsers and I will investigate immediately.

Once again, I can live with the no action, but shitty CS attitudes I can't tolerate.

I've dealt with sportsbook.com and I've NEVER EVER had ANYONE treat me crappy.

No matter what, if I missed something, or they did, EX+ customer service.

They really do a great job all around.

One time, I was CLEARLY wrong about a dep/withdraw, and I just overlooked something, but the guy on chat was as patient and understanding as possible. I don't use anyone else, I've had great pleasure dealing with sb.com for years.

Might check 'em out.
