Im clueless what to do here

BB is a very good player( in fact this might be the 8 best players at 1 table ive ever faced) and so far hasnt shown anything but tight play..i cant cold call can i? i dont wanna run into a bigger pr. too early and the pots to small to shove i think?

Well you had plenty of chips in the first hand. I would have called the raise to see if you could get a set.

Who knows, maybe the flop would be 5-6-7.

Also, maybe he checks the flop if he has a middle pair as well

Me folding middle pr for less than 1/3 rd of the pot bet is not unusual...this was good players , not $3 tourny players...the guy who limped in in late position could have easily had an overpair that with blinds this low he didnt raise PF cus he wanted action which im just stupid enough to not give him..
I have no doubt in my mind whatsoever that the 8 came on the turn because i folded...otherwise it would have been the Q...I said i suck

The UB is old news except the lawsuit part which i dont believe either....1st where would u file such a suit and against whom? As u can read in the article who owns UB is not clear at all and its not even clear its not the EXACT SAME PEOPLE who did the scam..This lawsuit could easily be an attempt to make it look like they were unaware of the previous owners actions when in reality THEY ARE THE PREVIOUS OWNERS!!!
