I completely agree with Twin's manager Ron Gardenhire about far too much time being taken between the top and bottom of the 7th inning. There is no way baseball should allow that. Major League Baseball has a set time limit from the last pitch in a half inning to the first pitch in the next half inning. Obviously there has to be time for the players to get on and off the field and TV and radio getting in the commercials but this has gotten completely out of hand and has been for quite some time.

Of course the Yankees, as usual, do whatever the hell they want to because they are constantly allowed to get away with stuff that other teams don't. It's the 7th inning stretch. Play a recording of Kate Smith's marvelous singing of "God Bless America". Then play "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" and then get on with the game. These incessant delays are totally unfair to the visiting team because the pitcher gets thrown off of his established pattern because of the increased time between that half inning that the Yankees constantly are allowed to get away with.

By the way, it would be nice if this guy that sang "God Bless America" actually knew the words. What a horrid rendition of a great song.

I thought maybe you had just listened to the VP debate.

That had my ears bleeding.

I have been going back and forth, I actually would prefer the debate, but I hear ya Fishhead. It's a pain to get through, but I'm still trying to figure out who is more full of ****.
