Super Bowl is usually the worst bet per season. Everybody knows everything there is to know about the teams and the line is very tight. Never bet more than you would bet on a regular season game.

PS: I think you're on the right side. Never saw / heard more bullshit capping than I have leading up to this game. It's like an intoxicating love-fest. By game time tomorrow, people might be betting Giants -20.5 the way it's going, Pats can't even compete.

I've been hearing and seeing all the love for the Giants for four weeks now...It has not wavered one bit these past two weeks for the Super Bowl. Last week alone I heard so much Giant love I though the game was over already. I can definitely understand you fading all the Giants love...

Of course there is love for the G-Men ... the Giants have matchup advantages all over the field. The only reason there is love for NE is the idea that Belichick is a genius (he is) and Brady is XXX Elite (he is). BUT ... Coughlin is no slouch ... he came from the same family tree (also a Parcell's discipline) and already outsmarted big B twice (2008 SB, win at NE this year). Now to Brady ... he really is an X factor but if the Giants put the same pressure they did in 2008, you could name your hall of fame QB and put him behind NE's line and he still won't do jack. Add the fact that NY has been supremely disrespected and are considered a clear underdog - you've got a very angry team that has ALWAYS performed better when the odds are against them. NE barely beat their first winning team in the AFC championship game ... they won't beat a second winning team this year. Save your money ... there is a reason the experts are favoring the giants at a 3 to 1 clip.

One more thing ... do you really see a big difference between the Packers and NE this year? GB = great QB, better WR's than NE, an elite TE, a running game similar to NE, and a not-so-good-D. I don't see a big difference, in fact, I think GB is better than NE. So what happened to GB again?
