You guys may remember me posting here in the past and then going tout. It was a great experience but I cant make 2nd half plays doing that. I didnt leave because I did bad or anything in fact I went 3-0 last night. I came back here where I consider home and leave the tout biz. So I am back. I am looking at a few games tonight.
who cares if people go tout? if they can consistently pick winners then they have the right to if they wanna. there are worse things people can do than lie to you on a forum about whether they're taking their picks elsewhere or not. if the guy did well and he's coming back and offering his picks for free, there's no need to drive him away. even if he did plan on leaving again, at least you get free winning plays for a while

A Tout could be a Tout, But NOT in ANY of the Main/ Sub Forums.
If you are a Tout, You Post ONLY in the Site Promotion Forum.
Even if they are FREE.
Now if chugg says he is No Longer a Tout. Then he is Free to Post Anywhere on theRX and he can Post all the Plays he wants.
Once we feel he is Not telling the Truth, and has Gone back to Touting.
He will longer be able to Post his Plays here in the NBA or other Sports Forums.

Great post. I've always wondered the same thing. As far as I can tell, it's mostly just jealousy. It pisses people off that they grind it out and, more often than not, end up losing money betting their own plays. So it REALLY pisses them off when they see people who are actually paid to give out picks. It's kind of like insult to injury.
I realize that most touts are scumbags but there are actually honest touts out there, and some of them are very good. Sorry, but if you have a skill and can make money doing whatever you're good at, I don't see the problem. It's fine in just about every other walk of life, I don't see why this should be the exception.
