ryan the phillies havent been hitting at all lately period
and the rockies are a very good team who have as many solid contact hitters as the phills do.. this is not a bet suggesting that the phills cant win , but at +30 on a pitcher you say they should hit with LMO movement and a double theory streak (w and L) this makes it a very very very solid bet
