:ohno:

Other than the obvious, there is something wrong with this story...

How are you a $50 player and then try to bail out w/ a 2 team parly for 1k? Granted you won, why would you do such a thing? :ohno:

I'm not sure of the question. Why would I do it? It was a mistake.

Why would I let myself gamble away 7K in the first place? The parlay wager was just instinct and frustration.

I'm back to $50 bet tonight on clevland ml.

I'm not sure that's true. I would certainly not claim that the post was in anyway helpful. Obviously it was a mistake but your post was unkind.

To disable the online casino email the sports book and ask to have it blocked from your account

I have it blocked at betjamaica and skybook. their have been some drunken times when I try to log on and play.
It says disable........:pope::pope::pope:

It should not be reversible once blocked from casino, it should be forever. Sounds like Grog just went on tilt at the casino. Give him a break !

It's Calculated On A Wk To Wk Basis

Probably $4,500 of that was money i had won in sports and the casino. Will they refund the net loss only?

As I recall Sun. is the cutoff. So if you end wk 1 up 5G. You start a new wk they will pay 10% for that wks losses. Once you win it's YOUR $$!

Hang in there Grog it happens. Stay far away from those casinos and learn from your mistake and you will be fine. That's a lot of money and I hope it was money that you could afford to lose. I'm one of the old timers here and I have gotten out of control at times myself over the years. Good luck and I hope you turn it around buddy. It's over now so forget about it and move on from here.

WNO: I'm sure Grog is mourning his loss, and licking his wounds. Rubbing it in won't help him.

I think he learned his lesson, and disabling the casino function... as I suggested.... is at least constructive criticism.

Your point is valid, and I know you are a good guy.

There is no reason to play online casino games for big money, you have no edge, we all know that SHIT.

If you cannot resist.... then you should not gamble, period.

It's one thing to play $10 on online BJ, on a whim, and quite another to blow 7k doing it !

If you have to take this away from yourself, you have a problem, IMO ! I probably haven't played this stuff in a year+, but would only do it for chump change, anyways.

I'm sure you've lived a mistake free life. Maybe try coming off your high horse and losing the negative attitude. You will be better for it.

Also, I'm quite sure I posted my thoughts to express them and not for anyone's help.

I really don't think too much of your responses, I hope that you are not really like this in real life.

Karma is a thing.

It was money I can afford to lose for certain, yes. I think disabling the Casino is a great idea. I've been online for 10 years and only had a handful of bad days like yesterday. I like the idea of removing even the possibility.

People make mistakes. Just quit the online blackjack now for good.

I bet $50 a game usually. I've had a good month betting sports and playing online blackjack.

In any case I lost 7k last night playing online blackjack. I know this happens to a lot ofpeople. It's happened to me before. It's different from the actual casino somehow and can be more dangerous.

Obviously with the beer and the percoset a 7K loss is a big deal to a $50 bettor.

I lost the 7k and then put my last $1,000 on a parlay for Wash pk/ under 21.5 first half. Then I went to bed. Ended up getting some of it ($2,784)back with that gigantic parlay and I'll just have to live with the loss as I'm not looking to chase.

I pride myself on betting under control and this was an obvious loss of control.

How big was your online bj/chasing mistake? What keeps you from betting more than you should?
