its all pretty much the same at atlantic city...they have a brand new MGM owned casino there. Its supposed to be really really nice and better than all the others put together!

Don't even go to AC it's a waste of time and depressing as hell. Save your time and money and either go to Vegas/Mississippi/ or better yet Costa Rica. AC is the armpit of the east coast and it gives my home state a bad name. All games there basically have standard rules and the house has the edge in every game. Can you say BORING?????? Well i can, AC is the epitamy of boring~~ Better yet go to Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun!!

Only on the weekends during the summer. Even then, you can usually find a $10 or $15 of any standard game. During the week, during the day, or during the weekend, there are usually plenty of $5 tables to go around.

A.C. is Ok but all casinos are alike, the more you play the more they give to get you there! Believe it or not the smallest one, the Claridge treats me the best, although get involved with Harrahs cause they will comp your airfare and hotel in Vegas if you are a high player! Recently went to Vegas on a comped trip from Harrahs in AC and actually 'd rather pay airfare and go to Vegas than to drive to A.C.

The best place for college kids is probably Ballys Wild West Casino. CHeck them out first and they usually always have at least a 15 min table no matter what time you go.
Park in the bally's garage and its actually closer to the Wild West Casino than doing vallet. Plus its cheeper (2 bucks). However when its packed (like on holidays) it can get full. Thats when you need to do vallet.
When you go to Bally's Wild West make sure you sign up for the MVP card as they ALWAYS give you a free Room Comp and some free money for coming back. You will also get a free comp without even playing much if you ask for one to like Pickles restaraunt.

Also, when I first started to AC when I turned 21, there is a room in Bally's on the 5th floor called the Poker Room. THey have 5 dollar Blackjack tables at all times that that room is open for blackjack. Its always opened on saturdays. I believe it opens at Noon.
SO if you go on a saturday get there by like 11am and check out wild west and then get to the 5th floor (Poker Room and Horse Racing) at ballys a little before Noon to hit up the 5 dollar tables. Beware though if you care how others play don't bother.

JUst an update
Turned 21 a few months back (during the fuciing blackout)
Finally got to ac last night with 3 kids i hadnt seen since hs
I couldnt find any 5 dollar min so i Played 10 dollars all night
I only wnet to taj mahol for a few mins then played a lot a the resorts
I brought 300 left with 560 while the clowns i went with lost all of there money mainly because they had no disipline and had 400 or 500 on the and would play 100 dollar hands
I actually losr something like 13 of my first 15 hands but after that picke dit up and the key point is I didnt get pissed off and bet stupid amounts of money
Im glad I finally got out there next time i wanna check out some more places
Basically I am going to gamble but the food did suck and the waitresses were hideous
