I sent TWO emails yesterday inquiring about the 10% signup bonus?

I registered about a week ago and yesterday I received a "welcome to IIS" email with a first deposit bonus offer ... is this valid with the reduced juice?

I'd call but I'm at work, and I'd write, but that doesn't seem to be working for whatever (technical??) reasons ...

I checked the lines (as a guest) and don't see any reduced vig on bases for run lines or totals.
I thought totals and run lines were -107?
