IMO, i've been at many good restaurants down here, from peruanian, italian, lebaneese,
but you have to taste the kind of food he serves,
probably if in the past you ordered something
in the afternoon at the New York Bar, probably you know him, plus is a cheaper place,
He is a profesional Chef, Any kind of Rare food you can imagine he can prepare it,
if someone will go over there, ask for Darren
and tell him the "Gipsy Cunt" Refer you..., you'll get a nice treatment and a good Discount,
Plus you got to see the nice view is over the balcony, you can view, all the central valley, and the rooms are fine. any questions fell free.
