I wouldn't. Not saying I would ever turn down that kind of money but as far as having a purpose in life it would be MORE difficult.
One of best things in life is striving to better yourself and make money and that would most likely be gone in all phases of your life (work and gambling). Not sure it would add as much happiness as some may think, I know that sounds stupid to some.
I actually enjoy the rat race of life and the feeling of achievement when I accomplish goals and their wouldn't be much reason to pursue making more money to me.
On the good side it would give you more time to share with friends and family and that is obvious but waking up each day without being involved in some pursuit of financial goals would make life a little less gratifying to me. Maybe I would try and buy the Detroit Lionshno:
