If you were a high school senior living in PA, could you go to Penn State?

a turn off that you would not want to attend any more.

NO. Plenty of better choices including OSU.

no idea what / who Sandusky is about, but I'd go elsewhere unless this was some full scholarship deal. I hate the Northeast, so would easily opt for southern California/ Florida type of places....if possible.
