Just remember they were losing to Ohio in the 4th quarter of last years game before they played at USC. They squeaked by in that game. And were they looking ahead?

Maybe.

But then they went ahead and put up a whopping 3 points vs USC. 3 points. If they were looking ahead, they must have been blind.

USC -5 and -6 for me. Locked in when it opened.

That's a good point you make on looking ahead, and I'm on USC with you, but I hope that's not all you base this pick on... just sayin

im on USC as well -6 ..got it tuesday morning, i do think they win the game and cover, the only thing that woriies me is Pryor....last year they had first round draft picks to contain him and also fall back in to pass coverage and capitalize on his mistakes, i expect USC to run the ball down their throat and open up the pass game for the new QB..

Dont forget that when the Buckeyes played Ohio U last year Bennie Wellls got hurt in that game and the offense was out of sync when he left the game. Also when they played at USC he was surely missed in that game but I dont think it would have mattered too much.No excues but just wanted to point out some facts thats all.

They don't have beanie wells this year either and Pryor will end up being the leading rusher for them.....Pryor is a great player but that's not good IMO.

I agree he still needs to mature imo as he has taken alot of heat with the Vick eyeblack fiacasso last week. Also the O-line for the Buckeyes isnt that great this year either as in years past as Navy proved that last week.Personally I think Ohio State should get beat here but I have the "homer side" says they can hang for a bit till the end.not a big play for me at all this weekend thats for sure and GL to you this weekend.

I don't disagree with the play....however, you cannot compare one year to the next....Ohio St had Boeckman at QB, Beanie at RB and 3 different O-Lineman, not to mention 2 NFL WR's last year...

On defense they had arguablly one of the best if not THE best) MLB in the country in Lauranitis and the same thing at CB with Jenkins. Two completely different teams...very senior-laden vs this year being very young.

Was Ohio St looking ahead last week? Yes and no. It is impossible to not focus on a team who's offense your program has only faced once in the past 30 years....I do agree that Ohio St started looking ahead once they were up 29-14 and were a blown 4th down conversion away from blowing Navy out of the water (bad pun I know)...

The outcome of tomorrow's game in C-bus has NOTHING to do with either team who may or may have not been looking ahead, but it has EVERYTHING to do with major descrepancies in both talent and coaching...

Ohio St 13
