My bad turn was at Intertops. I have played there off and on for about 7 years with no complaints. Sat (3-19-05) my account was down to $900 from about $4500 10 days ago and I thought I was taking advantage of their generous %20 bunus during the tourney last night. After tranfer my $1000 from Neteller the bonus was not given and I called to get the credit. Was told my account was no longer qualified for any bonuses. I complained that that was fine but I should have been told. They said they sent an email, (my email on file was old, like I said I have been there about 7 years). Anyway I said OK that is your call may I have my money back to deposit somewhere else. Was told it would be 72 hours, (why not just say 3 days) before a withdrawal could be processed. I may be booted after this post but oh well. Good luck to all.

It happened to me too last month, they did not give me their $250 Tuesday bonus reload. They say they have that on their rule 2.6 i think. Some books send promotional emails WITHOUT SAY that an account COULD NOT GET any bonus because they hope you deposit without ask them so that after you have deposited they will not give you the Bonus and they hope the Customer is scare to withdraw because does not want to pay the withdrawal fee. Just one of the many tricks that some have. Always ask prior than deposit if you will get the bonus.

The last sentence says it all ! I do that always. Policies differ a lot. Royal is liberal, Skybook is tight ( but a fine book). 5 Dimes has similar policies as Skybook. Personally I think if you haven't played there in a year they should give the bonus.

A little mentioned detail is you can negiotiate a deal that fits your particular situation at many books. Skybook won't give you the super bonus cash thing if you are well ahead of them, but they will comprimise and send you a BBQ grill or beer machine or something, if you negotiate it.

Things are generally negotiable to some degree at many decent books, but you have to request it. 5 Dimes won't give you a bonus if you are up 5 dimes on them, I can't blame them !

Always good to call 1st, even better get e-mail confirmation of deal you strike !

Call first on withdrawals also, make sure you've met rollovers and terms for free transaction.

There excuse about sending the email to an old address is a lie. Over the past few months myself and others I know online had the same issue. Nobody got emails. Not only that but I still get the offers sent to my email.

It is their policy to try to trap your deposit by offering you the promotion before they inform you they decided you are no longer eligible.

I believe 5Dimes choose the name meaning to imply they will take $5,000 bets. They will but you have to do it in increments giving them a chance to move the line along the way.
