I know most of us degenerates do bc of the NFL package...

And you may have seen the commercial but maybe it didn't sink or seemed too good to be true...
But.. if you are a CURRENT DirecTV Subscriber and SWITCH your cell to ATT Wireless you will get $500 bill credit PER line you switch...

So If you have a family of 4 with cell phones thats a $2000 bill credit.. this is too good to pass up...
The only "catch" if you will, is you have to turn in a qualified smart phone in good condition...
They no longer have contracts so it's an AT&T next plan (where you play X amount for a phone for your choice of 12, 18, or 24 months)

I think it expires 11/14
(may want to check on that) but its a great deal. One of the best I've seen. If you want to take advantage of it, just bring your current account number of your DTV and your current cell provider.

I'm still pissed at Directv for not including the red Zone in their NFL Ticket package. And they didn't even tell you this was going to happen. Shame on them for getting every dollar they can from the public!

There is nothing special about that.

They make you turn in a good phone thats not under contract.

What that means is they will sell your phone and recoup all or most of the $500 they are "giving" you.

you can still get $300 credit without turning in your phone if you believe your phone is worth that...
i have a iphone 5s now (2 years old) best buy would give me $165 cash which is the best offer I've been able to hunt down so $200 bill credit is more than fair

You can sell a 64GB 5S all day long on ebay for around 350 so basically you are getting a $150 credit.

Can you tell I hate AT&T?

Yes I hate them.

Thats why I switched to SPRINT.

To make a long story short.

Fuck them.

They lucky im keeping DTV after they bought them out.

Ok here is my long story.

I work in international waters a lot.

They told me that I would never get roaming charges with a no roaming plan. It was even in writing.

Well I ended up in a place where I was charged $2.20 per text.

My bill was over 5K for a single month.

Fuck them SOBs.

Never again.

I hope you enjoy those cock suckers.

You haven't done it yet, you probably won't get as good as a deal as it appears.

Unlimited talk and text... One price $

your data package...add this on$

you have to buy you phones now. You said you were an iPhone guy. 650 per Iphone at let's say 18ths.. Add on $36 per month per iPhone$

Phone insurance...$10 a month per iPhone

Tax and fees...about avg 14% of whatever total you get.

Total it up

AND I forgot AT&T used to charge an extra fee for data if you have an iPhone. Not sure if they still do but as of a couple years ago they did.

Its not a good deal at all.
Then you have the added problem of dealing with AT&T for 365 days a year.
Enjoy your fake 2K credit.

I just hope they don't ruin DTV.
It would be sad if they destroy a perfectly good company like that.

I'm leasing phones from Sprint right now so I suppose that counts me out.

After being with Sprint for sooo long I will never re-sign with them again.

Tired of them telling me one thing to get a new contract & then later screwing me over later saying That's not how it works"...
